Faith Transport & Logistics Inc. is a minority-certified, trucking company with high standards and expectations for the transport and delivery of specialized loads, as well as optimal driver safety and satisfaction.
Faith Transport & Logistics Inc. operates on Christ-centered principles and values. We strive to maintain accountability and persevere to achieve our mission. FTL Inc. is currently owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Aldo and Katia Goncalves. We are dedicated to safely hauling long-distance, high-security freight (i.e. DOD and AAE loads) as well as other platform freight (i.e. jet engines, aerospace parts, and other Step-deck Conestoga freight). Presently looking to equip FTL to haul oversized OTR freight (i.e., RGN trailer FAK freight).

Faith Transport & Logistics Inc. is primarily dedicated to deliver every load in a safe and timely manner by working with drivers who demonstrate sound character and exemplary driving skills, prioritizing driver pay and treatment, and providing new and comfortable equipment with which to meet the customers’ needs.
We work with modern and safe equipment to offer the best to our drivers and customers.
We delight in providing team drivers with small details that support healthier work-life while on the road. For example, all our teams have trucks with heavy-duty deer guards, auto-chains, large-size refrigerators, and microwave-ovens. Also, after some time working with us, we will consider placing committed, high-performing teams in trucks with extended cabins (which also include amenities such as sink, heated-water shower, and a stove-countertop).

FTL Capability Statement
- Team drivers hired and paid on 1099 Form
- Drivers must have hazmat endorsement on their CDL
- Paying solo drivers weekly, 33% of gross load pay to the truck.
- All truck expenses paid by FTL (e.g. fuel, maintenance/repairs, tolls)
- 4 weeks out, 1 week off
- Requiring 1 year of over-the-road experience
- (Drivers cannot have had any DOT recordable or preventable accidents in the last 12 months)
